Assessment of D-LA production through regulation of D-LDH expression from the Tac or glgBA promoters. Growth (A) and D-LA (C) production of JHM86, expressing D-LDH under the glgBA promoter, in NMS medium, and JHM804, expressing D-LDH under the Tac promoter, in IPTG-supplemented medium.
