Optimization of different reaction parameters for oxidation of FFCA to FDCA catalyzed by resting Gluconobacter oxydans DSM 50049 cells in 0.1 M sodium acetate buffer pH 5 at 30 °C. The parameters included (A) G. oxydans strains (DSM 2003, DSM 2343, and DSM 50049), (B) cell cultivation time, (C) pH value, and (D) cell amount.
