Cytotoxicity of Ag-Carth-NPs against Hfb4 cells (normal skin cell lines) and HepG-2 cells (human Hepatocellular carcinoma). Ag-Carth-NPs have no cytotoxic effects on the normal tested cell lines. IC50 value of Ag-Carth-NPs against HepG-2 cell lines is 5.6 µg/mL. Mean values with standard deviation (error bars) with *, **, ***are statistically different from the respective control at P < 0.05, P < 0.01, and P < 0.001, respectively; (One way ANOVA, Tukey test)
