The increase in the percentage of inhibition zone after 4 h of treatment of the Clinical isolate of P. aeruginosa with Mitomycin C. Mitomycin C, as an inducer of pyocin production, significantly boosted antibacterial peptides production by an average of 67.78%. The most substantial increase was observed in isolate C108 (100.8%), while C115 showed the smallest increase (41.77%)
