Investigating the impact of increasing initial net inoculation cell density on co-culture performance. Comparisons of a resveratrol production and b accumulated p-coumaric acid for the synthetic co-culture was conducted at various temperatures (25–37 °C). The experiments were conducted with a constant inoculation ratio of 1:1 while changing the initial net cells density to 3 × 107 cells per mL of culture. Each data point and error bar represent means and standard deviations from biological triplicates, respectively
